WORKS
Coaching can provide you with deep, lasting and profound changes
in your life. Through coaching you become more connected to your
values, unique abilities and what’s REALLY important to you.
You gain clarity about what you want and how to achieve it. You
become more passionate about your life and it takes on a newfound
invigorated momentum. You take more effective and focused actions.
As a result, you are better able to live a balanced and fulfilled
life.
Consider a champion athlete. No first rate performer would enter a
high level competition without a coach. While the athlete is the
one in the field, the coach is the catalyst who empowers him to
perform at a peak level, to utilize his unique skills and gifts to
their fullest potential, to function at his personal best
(mentally, spiritually, physically and strategically).
The coach also provides tools, support and structure for the top
flight champion to accomplish more and contributes her own
expertise and experience to co-create a finely tuned elite
athlete. Clients often gain so much value from coaching that they
stay on for years, soaring to unprecedented heights.
It doesn’t happen overnight
and it can be uncomfortable. To
support you through your first big breakthrough, you would sign on
to coach for a minimum of 4 months to work on a project or a
series of goals. Our initial session would be a 2-3 hour in person
in depth intake session (where possible) setting a solid
foundation for all future coaching.
Typically, our coaching takes place by telephone in a 40 minute
focused and intensive session, 3 times per month. Your coach is in
your corner for the entire month and your relationship is
maintained between the sessions with follow up email or voicemail
reports. While the sessions themselves are very powerful, the time
in between is even more so as you implement the coaching in your
life and begin to see the desired results!
