She and her associates lead engaging and fun interactive corporate business training for Global Fortune 500 companies and organizations in North America, Europe and Asia. Participants say the seminars motivate them to develop personal leadership, an innovative mindset and powerful interpersonal relationships.

Aa a faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute, Joni leads both the in person core coaching courses and in the graduate-level training of coaches to become professionally certified. She was an invited Pre Conference co-presenter at the 10th Annual International Coach Federation Conference in San Jose, California, speaking on "Building Your Business Through Inspiration, Not Perspiration."

She is also an accredited facilitator of Insights® — a personal effectiveness system that enhances professional performance and communications — transforming organizations, teams and individuals.

Joni designed and delivered a 12-week business development program for Professionals and Executives transitioning into Entrepreneurship. This high-demand program launched hundreds of business enterprises and ran for 19 consecutive series.

Joni was named “Fast Tracker of the Year” in 2003 by the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS). She is also a member of the International Federation of Speakers (IFPS) and is a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation with the highest designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC).
