Topic: Applying Co-Active Concepts for Relationship Agility
This interactive and informative session teaches participants how to apply coaching skills beyond a coaching session to workplace relationships to improve trust, collaboration and alignment, relationships to increase engagement, productivity and successful results.
This experiential session will benefit leaders, managers, team members or anyone in relationships. Participants will be introduced to 2 Co-Active mindsets: role and person to person and 100%-100% responsibility and 2 key coaching skills: listening and curiosity, which they will practice and apply immediately to create more responsible and respond-able relationships. Participants will be able to:
· Listen more deeply to the message beneath the words
· Ask questions that increase engagement
· Interact with the person behind the role
· Identify when they are over or under 100%
· Be more aware of their impact in a relationship
· Return to 100/100
Guest Presenter: Joni Mar, CPCC, MCC Senior Faculty Member, The Coaches Training Institute

Joni Mar is a Master Certified Executive Coach who works with business leaders globally. She is a senior faculty member of The Coaches Training Institute, the creator of a Leadership Program which received an International Silver Award for Best in Coaching and Mentoring in 2012 and a workplace columnist for The Province.
